Tuscolano Reloaded</strong>, va tenir lloc els dies 7-8-9 de Maig a la Facultat d&#8217;Enginyeria de la Universitat de La Sapienza de Roma. El treball realitzat es va basar en l&#8217;estudi del potencial solar en el teixit urbà del barri del Tuscolano a Roma, tenint en compte les irregularitats i particularitats de la seva morfologia.</p>

<p>Es ampliamente aceptado el hecho de que la vegetación mejora las condiciones ambientales de las ciudades. La sombra de los árboles incide directamente en las condiciones térmicas del entorno próximo a las personas que usan el espacio público, puesto que impide que la radiación solar les llegue, tanto a ellas como al pavimento, reduciendo así los aportes. El objetivo de este estudio es conocer qué cantidad de Radiación solar y temperatura radiante reduce una especie arbórea logrando mejores condiciones térmicas para el cuerpo humano. Para ello se evaluará el Celtis australis, conocido como Almez, en dos escenarios urbanos: una calle y una plaza. El análisis se desarrolla en cinco pasos. Primero se identifican las variables a estudiar. Se seleccionan los dos escenarios de análisis. Se realizan mediciones in situ en verano e invierno. Se evalúa la frondosidad de los ejemplares. Y los datos se introducen en el modelo de balance energético de Ochoa de la Torre. Se cuantifica la frondosidad del almez entre 0 &#8211; 0.25 que, en el transcurso de un día, reduce la radiación solar entre 300 y 827 W/m2; entre 4 y 21ºC la temperatura radiante y hasta 219 W/m2 las aportaciones al balance energético del cuerpo humano. El Celtis australis es una excelente herramienta de diseño ambiental urbano puesto que logra mitigar las aportaciones térmicas al ambiente mejorando las condiciones ambientales para los usuarios del espacio urbano.</p>
