On March 5, the “Morphology Meets Microlimate” conference will take place, part of the climate action adaptation theme of the Climate Action Programme at TU Delft // Faculty of Architecture & the Built Environment, Berlagezaal 1.
Dr. Agnese Salvati, associate professor at the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (UPC), will speak about how urban morphology influences microclimate energy interactions and thermal comfort in cities. As a member of the Architecture, Energy and Environment (AiEM) group, her research focuses on the urban heat island, building performance, and climate resilience. She will highlight the crucial role of the project in shaping sustainable urban environments.
