Thermal DNA: How a building responds (or not) to change

Next Monday, May 11 at 4:00 PM, the ETSAB Degree Room will host the master class ‘Thermal DNA: How a building responds (or not) to change. Architectural metrics for a dynamic climate’. The session, framed within the Architecture, Energy and Environment line of the MBArch program, will be led by Carolina Ganem, researcher at INAHE-CONICET and professor at UNCUYO (Mendoza, Argentina).

The presentation is part of the joint research that Ganem is currently developing with the AiEM group. This international project, which is funded by the European ERASMUS+ ELA4ATTRACT program, analyzes architecture and design as technical tools to regulate the urban microclimate in arid cities and respond to the challenges derived from climate change and the increase in heat waves.
